How can baking cookies ever be quick? You normally have to have a scale, then carefully measure all the components, caress the bread to ages, then cut out little cookies into heart, moon and star shapes then wait the next century'til they are baked.

NEVER EVER could I bake biscuits under these circumstances. That's just not how I roll. But after that I encounter these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyway.)

Though in case you would like to make them even tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up with some add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's Your Choice!

It seems increasingly like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody is gont cover me if you eat them), but I must mention yet another amazing thing about these cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, after I'd had the first I finished the remainder within one hour.

They are fantastic for hiking trips or other events where you will need a quick pleasant bite on the go. Now I keep them as a fast bite in my backpack.

It must also be mentioned that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the normal cookie suspects. Just oats and peanuts.

Take oats such as. Not only do they lower your cholesterol levels which in turn can help you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with good carbohydrates and nutrients to keep you going for more throughout the day.

Those nutrients contain manganese, good for bone production and skin ethics as well as magnesium -- important for energy generation to cause you to feel more awake

Same with bananas -- the favorite fruit among athletes -- not just cause they have a decent number of good carbs but for being the huge players in the potassium game.

Potassium is a really important nutrient for avoiding fatigue and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you have a hard day ahead of you.

As you can see, I'm a huge fan.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats operate very well)

2 tsp cinnamon

1 small number raisins

1 little number walnuts, crumbled

1 little number sesame seeds, pear

You can his response add pretty much whatever you enjoy!

If you don't possess this make sure to wash the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you're vegetarian )

To produce the cookie shape simply grab a spoon and scoop an adequate amount from the mixture onto the baking dish like I did at the photograph above. It's super quick and effortless.

Away it goes into the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
